The Champlain Valley Quilters Guild of New York is holding its fall quilt show next weekend in Plattsburgh. It will feature hundreds of quilts, hand-made by the guild members from across Northern New York. A beautiful fall quilt will be raffled off at the show. Guild members not only make quilts to show & sell, but also to donate to hospitals, cancer treatment centers, and nursing homes. They also craft pillows with a teddy bear that are given to children who have been traumatized.
