The staff of Mountain Lake PBS grieves with Thom and Jackie Hallock for the loss of their son, Tristan Carlton Hallock. Tristan was born on Feb. 9, 2023, and passed away peacefully on Feb. 12, 2023.
It is our great privilege to establish the Tristan Fund, a dedicated fund that will provide essential support to the Hallock Giving Library at Mountain Lake PBS. The Hallock Giving Library provides free books to approximately 1,000 children in the greater Plattsburgh community every year. Additionally, a donation of books purchased by the Fund will be made to the UVM Medical Center to be given to parents with children in palliative care and in the NICU so they can read to their children, just like Tristan’s parents enjoyed doing during their time with him.
