Founded in 1951, Camp Unirondack is a summer camp for children, teens, adults and families located in Lowville, New York. Sadly, the camp will not be open this summer, but staff are doing their best to keep camp activities going strong throughout the summer virtually! - Virtual One Shots: Miss doing camp activities? Well now you still can with virtual one shot activities! View a full list of activities here. There are programs for all age groups throughout the week so everyone in the family can find something fun to do.
- Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation: Ever get caught in a whirlwind of thoughts you couldn’t get yourself out of? Is the stress and underlying anxiety of life taking a toll on your sleep? Your joy? Your ability to stay present? This 4-week introduction to mindfulness meditation could be just what you need. Join each week for a 90-minute session of learning, meditating, light movement and sharing. Sessions run May 20 & 27; June 3 & 10 from 6:30 – 8:00pm, with registration available online.
