The lights of Broadway will shine brightly in Montreal as the world’s most beloved musical, Les Misérables, graces the stage at Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier, Place des Arts from July 30 to August 4, 2024.
In its triumphant second year, Cameron Mackintosh’s acclaimed production continues its national tour, mesmerizing audiences with its powerful storytelling and unforgettable music.
In a highly anticipated announcement, new principal casting has been revealed for Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schönberg’s Tony Award-winning musical phenomenon.
Nick Cartell will lead the cast as the tormented yet inspiring fugitive Jean Valjean, alongside Preston Truman Boyd as the relentless Inspector Javert.
Joining them are Matt Crowle as the scheming Thénardier, Victoria Huston-Elem as Madame Thénardier, Haley Dortch as the tragic Fantine, Devin Archer as the revolutionary Enjolras, Mya Rena Hunter as the defiant Éponine, Jake David Smith as the romantic Marius, and Delaney Guyer as the innocent Cosette.
The roles of Little Cosette/Young Éponine will be alternated by Azalea Wolfe and Ava Buesing, while Leo Caravano and Milo Maharlika will share the role of the spirited Gavroche.
This stellar cast is supported by an equally impressive ensemble, featuring some of the finest talent in musical theatre today, ensuring that every performance is a tour de force of emotion and artistry.
