State lawmakers and Governor Cuomo reach an agreement on a 175-billion dollar budget. The deal includes allowing the Governor to close up to 3 more state prisons. We talk with Assemblyman Billy Jones about the possibility of another North Country prison being targeted for closure. We also discuss whether the legislature will vote on legalizing recreational marijuana this session, and the recently passed legislation to raise the smoking and vaping age to 21.
