“Brush Off” Art Competition focuses on Alzheimer’s and Dementia

This month we’re showcasing an unusual art competition in Montreal. Painters from both sides of the border competed in a “brush off” that not only highlighted their talents, but raised money and awareness for programs that use art as therapy to help people living with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. This week, our judges select the winners, including some artists who themselves, have been touched by Alzheimer’s. Learn more, watch The Brush Off Project episodes, and if you’re a painter, you can even sign up for the next competition at www.mountainlake.org/brushoff
