Champlain Centre mall in Plattsburgh was among many New York shopping centers that reopened this past week, but bowling alleys, like Lucky Strike Lanes in Malone, and movie theaters like Cumberland 12 Cinemas in Plattsburgh say it’s frustrating that they have received no word from the governor or the state on when they will be allowed to reopen.
