Black Lives Matter March in Plattsburgh

Hundreds gathered in Plattsburgh, New York on Saturday, June 6th to peacefully protest in support of justice and racial equality, joining the nationwide Black Lives Matter movement. Beginning at City Hall Place and Trinity Park, participants marched to the Plattsburgh City Police Department where they observed 8 minutes and 46 seconds of silence to honor the memory of George Floyd. Following this, members of the public were invited to speak with and ask questions of Police Chief Levi Ritter.
