Some truly wonderful people in the community have stepped forward this Christmas after two kids in Plattsburgh had their bikes stolen by a real-life Grinch.
Gene Provencher and Dick Jenkins, who are known as The Bike Guys, have fixed up and given away more than 200 bikes to people in the community. They had two perfect bikes for the kids, ages 7 & 8, to replace the ones that were stolen.
