A 20-million-dollar grant from the State of New York will help aerospace manufacturer BETA Technologies fund a major expansion at the Plattsburgh airport to assemble & test its electric aircraft. The 41-million-dollar project will create 85 new permanent jobs based in Plattsburgh.
