Author ventures into the darker corners of the North Country.

Not every Adirondack story focuses on fun and outdoor recreation.  Attorney Sterling Goodspeed sets his first collection of short stories in Warren County, exploring the darker corners of the hamlet named North Creek where he lives.  The tales in the book True North examine adversity and success in the small community over the past six decades.

Enjoy Spotlight producer Paul Larson’s interview with Goodspeed, as they discuss themes and motifs that populate the stories.
