North Country Congresswoman Elise Stefanik condemned the attack on the U.S. Capitol this week and has called for the rioters to be prosecuted. Several protestors who gathered outside the Congresswoman’s Office in Plattsburgh on Thursday called on Representative Stefanik to resign, accusing her and other GOP lawmakers of sharing responsibility for inciting the riots by challenging the results and legitimacy of the 2020 Presidential Election.
