This February 4th, get ready for an explosion of creativity as Art Crush, in collaboration with Ensemble Caprice, brings you “Devil’s Trill,” a mesmerizing multidisciplinary afternoon concert at Théâtre de la Ville de Longueuil, Salle Jean-Louis Millette.
Renowned conductor Matthias Maute leads the charge in this fusion of music, dance, and painting, featuring the exceptional violinist Marc Djokic.
Brace yourself for a captivating performance that includes Tartini’s famous Devil’s Trill, alongside Baroque masterpieces by Bach, Telemann, Locatelli, and Vivaldi.
The program will take an exciting turn with contemporary compositions by Shostakovich and Maute.
Adding to the spectacle, visual artist Avery Zhao will create on-site paintings, and choreographer Ariana Pirela Sánchez will enchant the audience with contemporary dance.
This “Gesamtkunstwerk” promises an immersive experience that is as impressive as it is compelling!
