Amazon has purchased an 18-acre site in the Champlain Industrial Park for $311,000 and plans to build a new distribution center. The project, developed in coordination with TDC and local officials over the past year, could bring approximately 40 jobs to the area. Construction is expected to begin later this summer or in the fall, with the facility set to open in 2026.
