The Akwesasne Mohawk Casino has reopened in Hogansburg, New York, but with some very noticeable differences. The casino and hotel are the largest employer on the Akwesasne Mohawk Reservation. About 700 of the resort’s employees lost their jobs over the past 5 months since the coronavirus outbreak.
