ADK Woman is a dynamic network designed to uplift, empower, and connect professional women across the Adirondack region. The mission of ADK Woman is to provide the resources, relationships, and inspiration women need to grow and thrive, whether they are entrepreneurs, executives or emerging leaders.
Through networking events, mentorship circles, leadership development, and business-building opportunities, ADK Woman creates spaces where Adirondack women can share knowledge, elevate each other, and build lasting success.
As a program of Leadership ADK, a New York State-certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE), ADK Woman is dedicated to fostering inclusive growth, leadership, and economic empowerment for women throughout the region.
Our community contributor Anna Hewitt-Channell spoke with the founder of ADK Woman, LeeAnne Ruff.
Any woman looking to connect and build relationships based on friendship may join ADK Woman. Employers may explore executive memberships and sponsorships to allow their team members access to the events.
