Adirondack Rail Trail Hearing

The Adirondack Rail Trail, spanning 34 miles from Lake Placid to Tupper Lake, is making headway in its construction. A public meeting organized by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) will provide updates on the project’s Phase One and Two. The trail sections between Lake Placid, Saranac Lake, and Santa Clara are temporarily closed during construction, with the first phase set to conclude this autumn.

Updates can be found on the Adirondack Rail Trail site.
