Women from across different faiths came together at Congregation Dorshei Emet to discuss exactly what it means to be a just, democratic, egalitarian and open society! A large and energetic audience engaged with a diverse group of speakers including: Dr. Alaa Murabit; Dr. Norma Baumel Joseph; Rabbi Dr. Lisa Grushcow; Reverand Diane Rollert; Dr. Catherine Richardson / Kinewesquao. Moderated by Emmy nominated and award-winning PBS journalist Thom Hallock the event made for a wonderful opportunity for the community to discuss these important issues of equality and faith. Mountain Lake PBS was so happy to be a part of this fabulous event.
