A new phase in the rollout of the COVID vaccine. The number of New Yorkers eligible for the vaccine has expanded. The state is now vaccinating people with underlying health conditions in addition to people in groups 1A & 1B, and anyone 65 and older. And the high demand for the vaccine is drawing people from all around New York to the state-run clinic at the airport in Plattsburgh.
