To kick off the Holiday season, audiences across Quebec will be treated to the magic of Christmas music with Un Piano pour Noël, a heartwarming musical performance under the direction of pianist Stéphane Aubin and performer Vladimir Kornéev.

Accompanied by a talented ensemble of 14 musicians, this 14 stops concert tour will offer a fresh take on cherished holiday classics in a style inspired by the legendary André Gagnon.

The charismatic Vladimir Kornéev, a Georgian-born artist who moved to Berlin at the age of five, captivated audiences with his exceptional talent, charisma, diction and unique background.

Remarkably, Kornéev had only started learning French a year prior and spoke the language with remarkable ease, adding a charming authenticity to his deeply moving interpretations.

Known for his mesmerizing performances in Parapapam and his one man show La vie en Piaf, Kornéev delivered heartfelt lyrical renditions in four different languages , filled with beauty and intensity.

The program included timeless favorites such as Dans le silence de la nuit, I’ll Be Home for Christmas, Petit Papa Noël, and Trois anges sont venus ce soir, all performed with elegance and emotion.

Both Vladimir and Stephane, addressed the audience with fervor and shared some of their favorite Holiday memories : such as the pianist’ fond memories of his Grandmother’s Figaro cinema or Vladimir’s special musical moments spent with Quebec songstress Ginette Reno .
