Celebrating its 25th anniversary, the Taste of the Caribbean (TOTC) festival is a four-day celebration of Caribbean culture, music, arts, and, most importantly, food. The festival promises an array of exciting activities:

  • Concerts: Get ready to groove to Caribbean-inspired music genres such as reggae, dancehall, reggaeton, soca, zouk, kompa, calypso, and more.
  • Dance Workshops: Join interactive workshops and watch energetic performances featuring Cuban salsa, Dominican bachata, Haitian konpa, Trinidadian soca, and Jamaican reggae/dancehall.
  • Rum Zone: Discover a variety of Caribbean rums with curated tasting sets and mixology demonstrations.
  • Restaurants: Savor traditional and fusion dishes from Haiti, Jamaica, Martinique, Barbados, Guadeloupe, Trinidad, and more.
  • Kids Zone: Fun activities for the little ones include face painting and the famous ‘small boats’ activity, while adults can relax in a coffee area.

2. Cho Ðêm MTL: A Vietnamese Street Food Market

Montréal’s Cho Ðêm MTL 18- 21st of July, brings the vibrant Vietnamese cultural identity to Montreal’s Peel Basin with an exciting street food market.

This event is a sensory, cultural and culinary delight for the whole family that goes beyond food:

  • Food and Flavors: Enjoy the authentic tastes of Vietnamese street food, prepared by numerous local vendors.

3. T&T Night Market: The Ultimate Asian Culinary Experience

T&T Supermarché, in collaboration with Marché de Nuit Asiatique, is bringing back the highly anticipated annual Asian night market to Montréal.

Set in the heart of the city, this event is packed with culinary delights and cultural festivities:
