Before its new mission flying passengers to sunny destinations, the former Plattsburgh Air Force Base had a history dating back 200 years. We’ll talk with Melissa Peck and Rich Frost, two historians, who have written a new book on some of the MANY chapters in Plattsburgh’s military history.
