The Mayor’s Cup is in its 48th year. 42 boats have registered to race in the regatta on Lake Champlain. The festival, hosted by the City of Plattsburgh and Sunrise Rotary has all kinds of fun events planned for the day. Members of the Sunrise Rotary held a news conference at Plattsburgh City Beach to talk about the schedule of events.
