Mountain Lake PBS CEO Bill McColgan joined other community leaders to discuss a variety of social issues at the 25th Annual Conference on the Adirondacks in Lake Placid. McColgan’s address highlighted poverty issues in the North Country. Cathy Dove, President of Paul Smith’s College, spoke about education trends in the Adirondacks, and Sylvia Getman, CEO of Adirondack Health, informed the audience about issues concerning rural health care.
