Reviving the Gateway Project at the old Frontier Town

Essex County and the Town of North Hudson are partnering to revive the “Gateway to the Adirondacks” Project at the site of the former Frontier Town in the Adirondacks. With a $1.9 million Restore NY grant, they plan to remove old structures and subsequently restore or rebuild iconic buildings like the village’s gristmill and chapel.
