NYSOFA and County Agencies on Aging are trying to combat loneliness & social isolation through a new campaign called Reach Out and Play that’s recruiting middle & high school students to interact with seniors by playing board games, including some classics that have been reimagined to make them more intergenerational. It’s happening across the country, and in Malone where our Jack LaDuke attended one of these board game events.
