New Memorial

The Town of Plattsburgh announces plans for a new waterfront war memorial on Lake Champlain that will include access to near-by Crab Island where 50 American sailors and soldiers killed during the War of 1812 and Battle of Plattsburgh are buried in an unmarked grave.
