Let the jazz of Billie Holiday transport you to the ’30s, ’40s and ’50s at the Depot Theatre.

Imagine it’s 1959, and you’re seated in a smokey bar in Philadelphia.  Before you, iconic jazz singer Billie Holiday is delivering one of her last performances. As she thrills the audience with her amazing hits, the singer shares anecdotes that reveal her haunting but beautiful life.  This “play with music” allows you to experience, once again, her incredible songs,  including  “Easy Living,” “Strange Fruit.” “What a Moonlight Can Do,” and “God Bless the Child.”
