Historian Uncovers Veteran’s Valor | MLJ Interview

We talk with the Portland historian and author, Ron Romano, who along with a team of volunteers and the family of Dr. John Briggs, uncovered this young doctor’s incredible story, and valor, in the Battle of Plattsburgh, including a journal that describes in graphic detail the horrors of the battle on Lake Champlain on September 11, 1814.
