The Hallock Giving Library
It is our great privilege to establish the Tristan Fund, a dedicated fund that will provide essential support to the Hallock Giving Library at Mountain Lake PBS. The library is named in memory of Thom and Jackie Hallock’s son, Tristan Carlton Hallock (Feb 9, 2023 – Feb 12, 2023).
The Hallock Giving Library provides free books to approximately 1,000 children in the greater Plattsburgh community every year. Additionally, a donation of books purchased by the Fund will be made to the UVM Medical Center for parents with children in palliative care and in the NICU so they may read to their children, just as Tristan’s parents enjoyed during their time with him.
