Being physically active has a major impact on the quality of our lives. It helps with focus and memory, develops stronger motor skills and balance, improves self esteem, and leads to better sleep behaviors. It’s also a great way to get creative, relieve stress, and express ourselves through dancing, singing, playing pretend or improvisational movement!

Whether you are hitting the gym, stretching it out and breathing deep with yoga, or playing as a family, getting moving is good for everyone! To learn more about the science of how our bodies react to exercise, or add to your own healthy routines, use the videos, activities and games below.
