Billy Jones on Rural Cell Coverage in NY

North Country Assemblyman Billy Jones joins us to talk about a renewed push to address gaps in cell coverage in rural areas the state, including Washington County, where a 20-year old woman who mistakenly pulled into the wrong driveway, was shot and killed a few weeks ago. Her friends had to drive several miles before they could get a cell signal to call for help.
