Akwesasne Teen Makes History as Anaheim Ducks Draft Pick

After graduating from Salmon River High School, Akwesasne teenager Carey Terrance, Jr. was drafted by the Anaheim Ducks, making history as the first Mohawk nation member to achieve this milestone. The community celebrated his achievement, and Carey proudly represented his hometown and Mohawk nation in a Ducks jersey.
