Exploring the Adirondacks with Colton Clement
This award-winning web series was created on a whim when a father and son decided to grab a camera and go for a hike up Mount Baker in Saranac Lake, NY. Colton's father Josh was a recent TV-Video/Production graduate from SUNY Plattsburgh and wanted to keep his video chops up while looking for steady work. He figured why not make it a family affair. Father and son set out to make a fun and informative video that not only promoted the beautiful Adirondacks but also the value of staying active. Once released online the Mount Baker segment was a hit. It caught the attention of Mountain Lake PBS where Colton and Josh were invited in for an on-air interview. Soon after, the segment was chosen by The Lake Placid Film Forum as an official selection for its annual North Country Shorts showcase. The duo enjoyed the process so much that they continued to produce more "Exploring" segments whenever they could. There's no telling how long it will go but the memories for Colton and Josh will always be cherished. Thanks for watching and sharing!
