$15 MINIMUM WAGE: Governor Andrew Cuomo proposes a 15-dollar minimum wage for all workers in New York State by 2021. North Country Assemblyman Dan Stec opposes the increase saying it could be a "death sentence" for many smaller businesses because it would significantly increase their labor costs.
