Satisfying Adirondack appetites and quenching thirsts since 1933, the Belvedere Restaurant throbs with activity in the heart of Saranac Lake. The Cavallo family founded the business, and they still run it proudly. With offerings ranging from Italian dishes made from old family recipes to the latest high-hopped microbrews, the “Bel,” as loyal patrons call it, offers a delicious escape from the mad, mad world outside.
