Local health care professionals will offer important information and practical tips on home safety and lifestyle adjustments aimed at reducing the risk of serious falls at this free community lecture.
Part of the CVPH Community Lecture Series, this program takes place at the West Side Ballroom, 253 New York Road, Plattsburgh.
Registration begins at 5 p.m. and the presentations at 5:30. The featured speakers are Troy Canada, Lead Occupational Therapist, CVPH, Karen Prevo, RN, CVPH Trauma Program Manager and Dr. Inez Reyna, Opthomalogist, Eye Care for the Adirondacks.
In addition to these presentations, this event includes a variety of displays and exhibits focused on home safety and fall prevention. Light refreshments will be served.
