What is Qigong?
Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system that combines physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention to aid in relaxation and stress relief. It’s a basic way to center yourself and recharge your entire being! Qigong is excellent for treating tight muscles, neck stiffness, fatigue, poor digestion, insomnia, anxiety, addictions and emotional stress!
Who can do Qigong?
Anyone! If you’re young, old, small, tall qigong is something YOU can do. You just need to know how to breathe. It’s a very accessible activity!
