On Sunday, August 21st at 2:00 p.m., Author Bernard Moran, a summer resident of Saranac Village at Will Rogers, will hold a book signing of his latest collection of short stories, Love and Treachery in Palm Beach 2, at Will Rogers. Bernard will also speak about ways to get a book published.
According to the author, Love and Treachery in Palm Beach 2 is a combination of sea, sun, sand and exclusivity which features fifteen short stories that delve behind the glitz and glamour of Palm Beach to reveal the true natures of residents of this island paradise.
A resident of Fort Lauderdale, Florida since 1973, Moran is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. In Hartford he worked as a copywriter and newsman for radio and television stations and later moved to New York City where he continued this work. He began writing articles for Gold Coast Magazine on topics such as antiques, hypnotism, disco dancing, croquet, plastic surgery and facelifts, heraldry, children’s ballroom dance classes and more. He later became Editor of the magazine, and in the 1990’s became the menswear editor for Millionaire Magazine.
